Job summary

MBK Senior Living is seeking a PT Caregiver- PM to join our team in California. The role supports residents with ADLs, mobility, meals, and social well-being, delivering high-quality, compassionate care in a hospitality-driven environment.

The Caregiver will work Fri-Sun 2p-10p, providing hands-on care, safety, and dignity for residents while adhering to ISP plans and MBK policies. Training and mentoring are provided to support growth.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent (GED) required.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents in Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) including bathing, dressing, hygiene, mealtime activities, and mobility.
• Provide safe transport and assist with transfers into and out of beds and wheelchairs.
• Deliver compassionate, professional care while maintaining dignity, privacy, and safety.
