Job summary

Monarch Communities Brandywine Senior Living in Kennett Square, PA, is seeking a Caregiver for a 3pm–11pm shift. The non-exempt, hourly role reports to the Clinical Services Director and includes assisting residents with daily living activities per care plans.

Qualifications

• Certified Nursing Assistant, DHS certification, and High School Diploma required or preferred.
• Experience working with elderly population; dementia experience preferred.
• Knowledge of daily resident care including personal care and safety.

Responsibilities

• Provide resident care including bathing, dressing, toileting, and feeding as per care plan.
• Maintain safety, comfort, dignity, and confidentiality of residents.
• Escort residents to meals and activities.
• Ensure residents are clean, dressed, safe, and fed during shifts.
• Document all services provided during shift.
• Report changes in condition to supervisor promptly.
