Harmony Gardens, a Cassia community in Maplewood, MN, is hiring Caregivers (CNA/HHA/PCA) for part-time evening shifts (2:00 PM - 10:30 PM). Training is provided, no experience required. You will support residents with ADLs and medication administration, promoting dignity and independence in a compassionate setting.

Qualifications

• CNA/HHA/PCA experience preferred but not required.
• Must be 18 years or older.
• Passion for geriatric care and helping residents.
• Strong communication with residents and staff.

Responsabilités

• Assist residents with ADLs and personal care.
• Support treatments as directed by the RN per care plan.
• Take and record vital signs and report changes to the nurse.
• Document services in the charting system.
• Observe changes in condition and communicate with supervisor.
• Perform additional tasks as needed.
