Harmony Gardens in Maplewood, MN is hiring Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) to join our caring team in a mission-driven senior care community. CNAs help residents maintain independence through personal care, daily activities, and treatments, while documenting care and reporting changes to the RN.

We offer full-time positions with rotating shifts, shift differentials, and a comprehensive benefits package to support residents and staff alike.

• Must hold an active Nursing Assistant certification and be listed on the MN Registry.

Responsabilidades

• Assist residents with personal care and daily living activities to promote independence.
• Support activity programs and document care appropriately.
• Report changes in resident condition to the RN and document temperature, BP, and other vitals.
• Maintain accurate records on computerized charting system.
• Observe residents and report significant changes in physical or emotional status to the supervisor.
• Administer medications as delegated by RN and per care plan.
• Perform other duties related to CNA responsibilities as needed.

As a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) at Harmony Gardens, you’ll help residents maintain independence by assisting with personal care, daily activities, and treatments. You’ll document care, support activity programs, and report changes in condition to the RN. Join our team if you’re a caring, dependable CNA who thrives in a supportive, mission-driven environment.

Position Type: Full-Time

Available Shifts (Including every other Weekend and Rotating Holidays):

Days 6:30 AM - 3:00 PM

Wage Range: $22.60 to $25.90 / hour depending on experience.

Shift Differential:

• Evenings $0.50
• Nights $1.00

Location: 1438 County Road C East, Maplewood, MN 55109.

CNA Responsibilities:

• Help each resident reach and maintain the highest level of performance and independence while assisting them with personal care and daily living activities.
• Assist with treatments as delegated by the Registered Nurse per individualized care plan.
• Take and record temperature, blood pressure, weight, pulse and respiration as instructed. Report changes or concerns to the nurse.
• Document services performed on computerized charting system.
• Observe resident and report any changes in physical and emotional condition such as change in attitude, reaction, and appetite, to the supervisor.
• Assist the resident with personal care which may include the following: shampooing of hair, assist with showering/ bathing, fingernail and foot care, and medication administration.
• Perform additional tasks as needed.

CNA Qualifications:

• Must have an active Nursing Assistant certification and be on the MN Registry.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Ability to work a consistent work schedule.
