Job summary

Cassia is seeking a part-time caregiver at Chapel View Apartments in Hopkins, MN to support residents with daily living activities and personal care. The role involves night shifts (Fri nights and every other weekend) with on-site responsibilities and training provided if needed.

Ideal candidates have a passion for geriatric care, strong communication skills, and reliability to maintain a consistent schedule. CNA/HHA/PCA experience is preferred but not required.

Qualifications

• CNA/HHA/PCA experience preferred but not required.
• Passion for geriatric care and compassionate demeanor.
• Strong communication with residents and staff.
• Able to maintain a consistent work schedule and be 18+.

Responsibilities

• Help residents reach and maintain independence while assisting with personal care and daily living activities.
• Assist with treatments as delegated by the RN per care plan.
• Take and record vitals and report changes to the RN.
• Document services on computerized charting system.
• Observe residents and report changes in condition to supervisor.
• Assist with personal care including bathing, grooming, nails, and medication administration as needed.
• Perform additional tasks as needed.
