Elim Shores, a Cassia community in Eden Prairie, MN, is hiring a Caregiver (CNA, HHA, or PCA) to support residents with ADLs and medication administration in a supportive, low-turnover environment. Training provided for those eager to learn.

The position is on-call, with a wage range of $17.85-$20.82 per hour depending on experience. Join a team focused on dignity, independence, and well-being for older adults.

Competenze

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• CNA certification preferred but not required.
• Excellent communication and customer service.

Mansioni

• Help residents reach and maintain the highest level of independence while assisting with personal care and daily living activities.
• Assist with treatments as delegated by the RN per individual care plan.
• Take and record temperature, blood pressure, weight, pulse and respiration as instructed; report changes to the RN.
• Document services performed on the charting system.
• Assist residents with prescribed program activities.
• Observe residents and report changes in condition to the supervisor.
