Job summary

Chapel View Apartments, a Cassia community, is seeking a Caregiver to join our team in Hopkins, MN. The Caregiver provides routine daily nursing care and services under RN direction, supporting residents with ADLs and medication administration while promoting dignity and independence.

The ideal candidate is warm, reliable, and collaborative, with a passion for geriatric care and a desire to grow in a nonprofit senior care environment.

Qualifications

• Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA), Home Health Aide (HHA) or PCA experience preferred; training provided.
• Geriatric care passion and dedication.
• Strong communication with residents and staff.
• Ability to maintain a consistent night shift schedule.
• Must be 18 years or older.

Responsibilities

• Help residents with ADLs and daily living activities to promote independence.
• Assist with treatments as delegated by RN per care plan.
• Take and record vital signs and report changes to RN.
• Document services on the charting system.
• Observe residents and report changes in condition to supervisor.
• Assist with personal care (showering, hair, nails) and medication administration.
• Perform additional tasks as needed.
