Qualifications

• Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA), Home Health Aide (HHA) or Personal Care Attendant (PCA) experience preferred but not required.
• Creative aptitude with enthusiasm and a positive attitude in promoting activities.
• Good communication skills and ability to give directions clearly.

Responsibilities

• Support residents with ADLs and daily living activities.
• Assist with treatments as delegated by RN per care plan.
• Take and record vital signs and report changes to the RN.
• Help with light housekeeping and document services in charting system.
• Assist residents with prescribed program activities and mobility.
