ColumbiaCare Services in Central Point, Oregon, is hiring a Residential Care Associate I for Twin Pines RTF. You will provide companionship and assist with daily living activities to help residents maintain independence.

Under RN guidance you’ll pass medications, help with meals, transport clients, and document care. The role requires a driver’s license and the ability to lift up to 40 pounds; shift is 2:00pm–10:30pm, Sunday to Thursday.

Qualifications

• Caregiving and/or mental health experience is preferred.
• Ability to support daily living activities and independence.

Responsibilities

• Provide companionship and assist with daily living tasks.
• Assist with meals, transport, and documentation of services.
• Observe and report changes to supervising RN and ensure safety.
