NorthShore University HealthSystem in Glenview, IL is seeking a Patient Care Technician for Cardiac Post Procedural Telemetry. This per diem, evening position offers 3pm-11:30pm shifts at Glenbrook Hospital, with responsibilities including direct patient care under RN/LPN supervision and hourly rounding.

Responsibilities cover ADLs, safe patient handling, admissions/discharges, and documentation, with emphasis on patient comfort and safety.

Qualifications

• Eligible to work in the US.
• Completion of CNA training preferred.
• Completion of at least one nursing clinical rotation in medical or surgical nursing preferred.

Responsabilités

• Interact with patients and visitors; answer call lights and assist with hourly rounding.
• Assist with ADLs and basic care under RN/LPN supervision.
• Assist with admissions/discharges and patient transfers safely.
• Document patient care activities and report to nursing staff.
• Restock equipment, clean, and support unit operations.
