Job summary

Jones Lang LaSalle Incorporated (JLL) invites applicants for an entry-level Maintenance Technician role at our Seattle headquarters. You will join a large engineering team and support operation, inspection, and light maintenance of building systems in a 24/7 facility.

The swing shift (1:00 PM–9:30 PM) provides hands-on training and growth opportunities within a global real estate services leader. Candidates with 1–2 years in repair or maintenance, and a willingness to work on site, are

Qualifications

1–2 years of related work experience in repair, maintenance, HVAC, electrical, plumbing or carpentry.
Trade school, union training, military service or college is desirable.
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
Comfort using ladders up to 30 feet tall.
Strong customer service skills.

Responsibilities

Assist the engineering team in the maintenance and repair of building and equipment.
Perform general maintenance including carpentry, HVAC, electrical, plumbing and/or painting.
Complete assigned work orders in CMMS and maintain documentation.
Maintain tools, parts, equipment and supplies in clean and safe conditions.
Work under the direction of Operating Engineers, Chief Engineers and others.
Participate in ongoing technical, safety, and operational training programs.
Support on-call or emergency response situations (if applicable).
On-site presence required.
