Job summary

Clean Team is seeking an Operations Manager to lead branch operations across Greater Cleveland markets. This hands-on role reports to the General Manager and oversees Area Managers, Site Managers, Support Technicians, and Staffing Coordinator.

The ideal candidate will manage labor costs, ensure staffing coverage, develop employees, and maintain strong customer relationships while driving branch performance and growth.

Qualifications

• Proven leadership and people-management capabilities in a service/operations environment.
• Experience directing multiple teams and achieving service targets.
• Strong budgeting, staffing, and scheduling skills.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities under pressure.
• Familiarity with field service/cleaning or facilities operations preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily branch operations and ensure consistent service delivery.
• Lead and develop Area Managers, Site Managers, and staff.
• Monitor labor budgets, attendance, and scheduling; drive cost efficiency.
• Maintain strong customer relationships through proactive communication.
• Prepare operational reports and drive continuous improvement.
