Job summary

Clean Team is seeking a dependable Area Manager to support Cleveland/Akron-area operations in a commercial cleaning environment. The role emphasizes leadership, quality control, effective communication, and dependable follow-through to serve multiple customer locations within the service area.

Responsibilities include site visits to review standards, assisting with hiring, onboarding, coaching, scheduling, and addressing customer concerns, with a focus on safety, supplies, and consistent service

Qualifications

• Experience leading teams in service environments such as commercial cleaning or facilities.
• Strong attendance and ability to work assigned shift.
• Good attention to detail and ability to follow written Instructions.
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, reach and perform active work.
• Reliable transportation to assigned locations, work authorization in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Visit assigned sites to review cleaning quality and service standards
• Support hiring, onboarding, training, and coaching of team members
• Coordinate with supervisors on coverage and scheduling needs
• Address customer concerns promptly and professionally
• Review supplies, equipment needs, and safety practices
• Document site visits, corrective actions, and operational priorities
• Help build a consistent, accountable, service-focused team
