You will supervise multiple site managers, manage budgets, ensure service excellence, and coordinate staffing and HR documentation in a fast-paced environment.

This hands-on role requires strong leadership, excellent communication, reliable transportation, and the ability to make real-time decisions during open shifts.

Qualifications

• Proven leadership or operations management experience in a service/industrial environment.
• Strong scheduling and labor management background; able to optimize team performance.
• Excellent communication skills and customer-facing problem solving.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily manager meetings and supervise Area Managers, Site Managers, and staff.
• Ensure uninterrupted service across all customer locations and coordinate coverage for emergencies.
• Monitor labor budgets, overtime, and labor reporting; manage budgets and expenses.
