Hyatt's Alila Ventana Big Sur is seeking a Bell Attendant to warmly welcome guests, assist with arrivals/departures, and provide personalized service in a luxury setting on the Central Coast. The role focuses on PM shifts (3:00 PM–11:30 PM), weekends, and flexible availability, with strong knowledge of Big Sur and local attractions to guide guests.

• Experience in luxury hotel, resort, concierge, bell, guest services or hospitality environment preferred.
• Strong knowledge of Big Sur and Central Coast area required or preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Welcome guests warmly and provide personalized service throughout their stay.
• Assist with guest arrivals and departures with a polished first and last impression.
• Help guests with luggage and belongings according to resort procedures.
• Escort guests to accommodations and introduce room, amenities, and services.
• Explain resort amenities, dining options, activities, wellness, and transportation.
• Recommend activities based on guest interests and preferences.
• Arrange transportation options such as taxis and rideshares.
• Respond promptly to guest requests and communicate needs to resort departments.
• Maintain bell desk and lobby areas in clean, organized condition.
• Support evening arrivals, departures, and PM shift needs.
