Job summary

Amangiri is seeking a warm, attentive Bell Attendant to join our Guest Services team. This full-time role places you at the first point of contact for guests, delivering exceptional service from arrival to departure.

You will greet guests, assist with luggage, escort to suites, provide a resort overview, handle requests promptly, and uphold the highest grooming and service standards in a luxury desert setting.

Qualifications

• Experience in hospitality or guest services preferred.
• Must have valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
• Oral proficiency in English.
• Able to work weekends, evenings, and holidays.
• Must be organized and reliable.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly and assist with luggage on arrival and departure.
• Escort guests to suites and provide resort overview and orientation.
• Deliver amenities, packages, and guest requests promptly and courteously.
• Maintain cleanliness of bell carts, lobby areas and Porte Cochère.
• Assist with staging and moving luggage for group arrivals and departures.
• Monitor guest activity to offer proactive support or transportation if needed.
• Support Front Office and Concierge teams with guest requests and errands.
• Uphold grooming and uniform standards and represent Aman with pride.
