Avenues Recovery Center in Lake Ariel is hiring Behavioral Health Technicians for the evening shift (3pm – 11pm) to support daily residential operations and client engagement. The role involves supervising, coordinating activities, and upholding program policies to promote recovery in a 60-bed facility.

A valid driver’s license and CPR certification are preferred. Ideal candidates have at least a high school diploma or GED, with one year of recovery experience and strong leadership and

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED preferred.
• One year of experience in recovery field.
• Valid driver's license and CPR certification preferred.
• If in recovery, a minimum one-year period of sustained sobriety is required.
• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
• Warm, empathetic personality with ability to set firm boundaries.
• Dignified, honest character which models recovery principles.

Responsabilités

• Manage all daily residential operations (i.e. Intake, supervision, events, transportation, food service, medications etc.)
• Train and support BHT team in all operations and responsibilities
• Escalate any concerns or crises to Lead Behavioral Health Technician
• Oversee client engagement and morale, maintaining a warm and positive recovery environment
• Ensure client and BHT compliance to all Avenues rules, policies and procedures
