Job summary

Avenues Recovery Center in Lake Ariel, PA is seeking Evening Shift BHTs (3pm–11pm) to support a 60-bed residential facility delivering detox and inpatient rehabilitation services.

You will supervise daily operations, train staff, supervise client engagement, and ensure compliance with all policies while fostering a warm, recovery-focused environment.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED preferred.
• One year of experience in recovery field.
• Valid driver's license and CPR certification preferred.
• If in recovery, a minimum one-year period of sustained sobriety is required.
• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
• Warm, empathetic personality with ability to set firm boundaries.
• Dignified, honest character which models recovery principles.

Responsibilities

• Manage all daily residential operations (i.e. Intake, supervision, events, transportation, meals, medications etc.).
• Train and support BHT team in all operations and responsibilities.
• Escalate any concerns or crises to Lead Behavioral Health Technician.
• Oversee client engagement and morale, maintaining a warm and positive recovery environment.
• Ensure client and BHT compliance to all Avenues rules, policies and procedures.

What You'll Do
