Job summary

The OCD Anxiety Centers seeks a Clinical Program Director - Behavioral Health to lead its clinical program in Allen, TX. You will oversee staff, ensure clinical integrity, manage referrals, and drive budget and KPI initiatives with a focus on evidence-based care.

The role requires an experienced licensed therapist with a master's degree and a track record of leadership. Evening hours are part of the schedule, with in-person Monday–Friday commitments.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in related field and current state licensure.
• 5+ years of experience in mental health management.
• Clinical leadership and staff development experience.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency with computer applications and data reporting.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor clinical staff to deliver high-quality care.
• Oversee clinical integrity and referral management.
• Manage program budget and utilization targets.
• Develop and implement KPI-driven plans and goals.
