Job summary

OCD Anxiety Centers is seeking a Clinical Program Director - Behavioral Health to lead a new site and oversee clinical operations. The role requires in-person evening hours (Mon-Fri 11:00 am–8:00 pm) and licensure as a therapist to qualify.

The Program Director will act as facility CEO, guiding staff, managing referrals, and ensuring policy adherence while driving growth, quality care, and superior outcomes for clients and families affected by anxiety disorders.

Qualifications

• Must be a licensed therapist.
• Master's degree and state licensure required.
• Minimum 5 years of mental health management experience.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the facility CEO, overseeing clinical integrity, staff development, referrals, and budget.
• Lead KPI programs, reporting, and performance improvements.
• Develop strategic plans to open and build a new site.
• Provide clinical supervision to Behavioral Health Technicians.
