Job summary

Behavior Treatment & Analysis is seeking a dedicated Behavior Technician (RBT) to join our team and help individuals with autism. You will implement ABA programs, track progress with data, and collaborate with families to reinforce skills in daily contexts.

This role supports community-based sessions, requires strong communication, and offers opportunities for professional growth within a mentoring environment.

Qualifications

• 1 year experience preferred but not required.
• Driver's license required; RBT certification preferred.
• Fingerprint clearance (DOJ and FBI), CPR and First Aid certifications required.
• Availability: Monday to Friday, 3 PM–8 PM.

Responsibilities

• Manage behaviors using individualized BIPs and data collection.
• Provide daily feedback and coaching to families during sessions.
• Deliver ABA services in community settings to foster social interaction.
• Respond to emails and messages within 24 hours.
• Convert sessions to notes, obtain parent signatures, and document thoroughly.
• Attend staff meetings and mandatory trainings.
