Job summary

Behavior Treatment & Analysis is seeking a motivated Behavior Technician (RBT) to join our supportive team in California. You will implement ABA programs with clients, track progress, and help individuals reach their communication, social, and self-care goals.

This role emphasizes family collaboration, data-driven coaching, and community integration. A driver’s license and RBT certification are preferred; fingerprint clearance, CPR, and First Aid are required.

Qualifications

• 1 year experience preferred but not required.
• Availability: Mon–Fri 3 PM–8 PM, Sat 9 AM–5 PM (minimum 25 hours/week).
• Certifications: Driver’s License required; RBT certification preferred. Fingerprint clearance (DOJ and FBI), CPR, and First Aid certification.
• Ability to work in various postures and assist with physical activities.
