Job summary

I Am Boundless, Inc. in Springfield, OH is seeking a Part-Time Behavior Technician to support individuals with developmental disabilities and mental health needs in home or community settings.

You will implement person-centered care, provide behavioral support, and collaborate with families and supervisors. Hours typically 3–8 pm, 15–20 hours per week; valid Ohio driver's license and ability to obtain/maintain First Aid and CPR are required or provided.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Must be able to communicate in English, including both spoken and in writing.
• Ability to obtain and maintain First Aid, CPR - adult, child, and infant. (Training will be provided, if not already certified).
• Valid Ohio Driver's License with Ohio Bureau of Motor Vehicles; proof of auto insurance, insurable driving record (five points or fewer).

Responsibilities

• As a Behavior Technician, provide person-centered care and treatment services.
• Support individuals with developmental disabilities or mental health needs in community, school, work, and family integration.
• Supervise and assist clients during day, evening, or weekend sessions as needed.
