Job summary

I Am Boundless in Dayton, Ohio, is hiring a Behavior Technician to help persons with developmental disabilities and/or mental health disorders succeed in the community, schools, work, and family integration. Services may be delivered in the home and/or community, with supervision through on-site and telehealth observation.

Hours are 3-8pm (3-hour shifts); the position is part-time, 15-20 hours per week. The role emphasizes person-centered care and requires English communication and a high school

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Must be able to communicate in English, including both spoken and in writing.

Responsibilities

• Help persons with developmental disabilities and/or mental health disorders succeed in the community, schools, work, and family integration and contribution.
• Deliver services in the home and/or community based upon client needs; may be day, evening, or weekend as required.
• Staff will receive supervision through on-site and telehealth observation and feedback.
