Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Must be able to communicate in English, including both spoken and in writing.

Responsibilities

• Assist clients in achieving personal independence in basic needs and skills.
• Facilitate development of daily living skills (hygiene, mobility, meals, toileting, dressing).
• Monitor and document client needs and treatment progress.
• Provide skill development and communication opportunities per treatment plan.
• Maintain records and submit service data; follow confidentiality rules.
• Attend required training and supervision; participate in community/home visits.
