Job summary

I Am Boundless, Inc. is hiring a part-time Behavior Technician for hours between 3 PM and 8 PM in Springfield, Ohio.

The role supports individuals with developmental disabilities and/or mental health disorders in community, home, school, and work settings, delivering person-centered care under supervision. Minimum qualifications include being at least 18 years old, a high school diploma, and ability to communicate in English.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Must be able to communicate in English, including both spoken and written.
• First Aid/ CPR certification required or training provided.

Responsibilities

• Assist individuals with developmental disabilities and/or mental health disorders in community, school, work and family integration.
• Deliver person-centered care and treatment services in home or community settings.
• Supervise and support clients with on-site and telehealth observation where applicable.
