Job summary

I Am Boundless is hiring a Behavior Technician in Columbus, OH to support individuals with I/DD and related needs. You will provide person-centered care and help clients succeed in community, school, and family settings, with day, evening, or weekend sessions as needed.

Qualifications include at least 18 years old, a HS diploma, and strong English communication. Preferred experience with vulnerable populations and ABA is advantageous; driving and certifications may be required.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Must be able to communicate in English, including both spoken and written.
• Three years of experience working with vulnerable populations, especially those with developmental disabilities or mental health disorders.
• College Degree in a related field.
• Experience in ABA.

Responsibilities

• As a Behavior Technician, you’ll play a meaningful role in helping persons with developmental disabilities and/or mental health disorders succeed in the community, schools, work, and family integration and contribution.
• Services may be delivered to children or adults during the day, evening, and/or weekend based upon the client’s needs.
• The Behavior Technician will work with individuals and families to provide person-centered care and treatment services.
• Staff will primarily receive supervision through on-site and telehealth observation and feedback.
