Job summary

Pops ABA is seeking an In-Person Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to provide assessment, design and oversight of ABA services for clients at home. The role emphasizes ethical, data-driven practices with supervision of RBTs/BTs and caregiver training, aligning with BACB standards.

The BCBA will develop treatment plans, supervise staff, collect and analyze data, and ensure timely documentation while coordinating with interdisciplinary teams.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in behavior analysis, psychology, education, or related field.
• Current BCBA certification in good standing.
• Current state licensure where required.
• Successful completion of background screening.

Responsibilities

• Conduct assessments and reassessments.
• Develop individualized goals and treatment recommendations.
• Monitor treatment progress and update programming.
• Provide direct supervision to BTs/RBTs and ensure fidelity.
