Proper Beverage Company is seeking a Batching Technician for our Production department. This full-time, 2nd shift role runs Monday through Friday, 1pm to 10pm, focusing on accurate mixing of ingredients to meet production needs.

You will work with a team to uphold quality, safety, and efficiency, adhering to GMP and HACCP guidelines while documenting batch production and ingredient usage. Reporting to the Batching Manager, you will support continuous improvement initiatives and coordinate with

Qualifications

Experience in batching, mixing, industrial cooking, or similar is preferred.
Strong knowledge of batching equipment, systems, and processes.
Excellent interpersonal skills.
Solid understanding of food safety regulations and quality management systems (e.g., HACCP, SQF).
Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and meet production deadlines.

Responsabilités

Follow the batching process, including accurate measurement and mixing per recipe and production schedules.
Coordinate with the Batching Supervisor to ensure timely ingredients and materials.
Monitor equipment, troubleshoot issues, and coordinate with maintenance for repairs.
Maintain records of batch production, ingredient usage, inventory, and maintenance.
Drive continuous improvement to reduce waste and improve efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
