This full-time, first-shift role runs Monday through Friday from 4:00 am to 1:00 pm. Candidates should have experience with batching, be detail-oriented, and able to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining GMP standards.

Qualifications

• Experience in batching, mixing, industrial cooking, or similar.
• Strong knowledge of batching equipment, systems, and processes.
• Excellent interpersonal skills.
• Understanding of food safety regulations and quality management systems (e.g., HACCP, SQF).
• Detail-oriented with analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet production deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Follow batching duties with accurate measurement and mixing per recipe and schedule.
• Coordinate with Batching Supervisor for timely ingredient availability.
• Monitor equipment, troubleshoot issues, and coordinate with maintenance for repairs.
• Maintain records of batch production, usage, inventory, and maintenance.
• Support quality control and R&D in product quality evaluation and new formulations.
• Drive continuous improvement to reduce waste and improve efficiency.
