Job summary

Proper Beverage Company is seeking a Batching Technician for our 1st shift in Hudsonville, MI. You will ensure accurate and efficient mixing of ingredients to meet production requirements, working with a team to uphold quality and safety standards.

The role reports to the Batching Manager and operates Monday through Friday, 4:00am to 1:00pm, in a full-time production setting. Prior batching or food production experience is preferred, with a focus on precision and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Experience in batching, mixing, or related production activities.
• Strong understanding of batching equipment and processes.
• Familiarity with GMP, HACCP, SQF and food safety requirements.

Responsibilities

• Follow batching processes to measure and mix ingredients per recipe and schedule.
• Coordinate with batching supervisor to ensure ingredients and materials availability.
• Maintain accurate batch records and collaborate with QC and R&D teams.
