Job summary

The ideal candidate has at least 1 year of bartending experience, strong wine/spirits knowledge, excellent English communication, and the ability to stay poised in a busy environment while upholding liquor

Qualifications

• 1 year of bartending experience required.
• Knowledge of wine, spirits and beer and ability to present wines.
• Clear and pleasant English communication with guests and staff.

Responsibilities

• Set up and maintain a clean, efficient bar during shifts.
• Greet guests, take orders for drinks and food, and offer recommendations.
• Mix drinks according to standard recipes and ensure consistency.
• Refer to MICROS for order entry and cash handling; process payments accurately.
• Maintain bar cleanliness and be familiar with liquor policies.
