Job summary

Stonebridge in Denver is seeking a part-time Banquet Set Up Attendant to ensure timely setup, maintenance, and breakdown of banquet spaces according to event specifications. You will support servers and bartenders, prepare rooms, and manage equipment with attention to cleanliness and safety.

The role requires the ability to work nights, weekends, and holidays, light to moderate lifting, and collaboration with housekeeping to keep spaces guest-ready.

Qualifications

• Previous banquet or event setup experience preferred.
• Able to follow written and verbal instructions efficiently.
• Strong attention to detail to ensure rooms are properly set up and maintained.
• Able to work independently and as part of a team.
• Basic knowledge of audio-visual equipment setup is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide professional and courteous service at all times.
• Set up and break down banquet function rooms according to event specifications.
• Ensure rooms are clean, organized, and fully prepared prior to scheduled events.
• Return all equipment and supplies to their proper storage areas after each event.
• Handle audio-visual equipment setup and maintenance as needed.
• Maintain a neat and organized work area, including banquet storage spaces.
• Assist banquet servers and bartenders with tasks as needed during events.
• Ensure compliance with safety and sanitation guidelines at all times.
• Coordinate with housekeeping to keep all front and back-of-house areas clean and organized.
