Job summary

Pyramid Global Hospitality is looking for a part-time team member for the Deloitte University Hotel & Conference Center in Westlake, TX. The role covers evening shifts and some weekends, with a flat rate of $19 per hour. You will assist with setting up events, serving, and overall event support.

Friendly, outgoing personalities are welcome; Food & Beverage experience is a plus but not required. Certifications in Basic Food Safety and Texas ABCC must be obtained within 30 days of starting and

Qualifications

• Friendly and outgoing personality.
• Food & Beverage experience preferred, but not required.
• Must be able to carry large trays of food.
• Basic Food Safety Certification and Texas Alcohol Beverage Commission Certification within 30 days of starting and must be re-certified as needed.

Responsibilities

• Set up for events to include draping tables, setting silverware, folding napkins, preparing drinks, polishing silverware and glasses, and put out table centerpieces.
• Service to include picking up food from back hall, carrying trays to function location, serve food and clear the food from the tables.
• Bartend events including butler passing drinks, and liquor, beer and wine bars.
• Break down to include bussing tables, putting away dirty linen and centerpieces, vacuuming.
• Responsibilities also include cleaning of back hall and organizing of storerooms.
• Location: Benchmark Hospitality at Deloitte University Hotel & Conference Center
