Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent preferred.
• Prior work experience preferred but not required in food service.
• Ability to work flexible schedule including evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Ability to interpret, understand and follow instruction.
• Ability to move, lift, carry and place merchandise weighing up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Food Service Department Operations – support department readiness, staffing, supervision, price maintenance, policies and procedures, inventory preparation, department cleanliness, and safe use of equipment.
• Replenishment & Inventory Procedures – ordering, replenishment, receiving, invoicing, back stock, reclamation and returns, damages and reworks.
• Equipment and Tools – adhere to proper equipment procedures, including cleaning and maintenance.
• Food Production and Processing – follow food safety production guidelines, ensure proper packaging/weighting/pricing/labeling.
• Department Cleaning Standards – follow cleaning standards and use approved chemicals and equipment.
• Problem Solving – define issues and use critical thinking to obtain answers.
• Safety/Quality Orientation – emphasize high quality products while maintaining safety.
