Job summary

UPS is seeking a reliable Automotive Technician to join our fleet maintenance team in Minnesota. You will service a variety of vehicles, including diesel, gasoline and alternative power systems, and troubleshoot hydraulic brakes, air brakes, electrical and engine control systems.

The role requires DOT compliance, tool proficiency, and the ability to work 8-10 hour shifts, primarily 5:00pm–1:30am, with overtime as needed. UPS offers extensive training, benefits, and a path for growth.

Qualifications

• Must have automotive mechanical experience.
• Experience using diagnostic equipment and scan tools.
• Possesses a full complement of personal hand tools.

Responsibilities

• Meets DOT requirements for the job assignment.

• Uses power and pneumatic tools as needed.
