Job summary

City Wide Facility Solutions in Leesburg, VA seeks an Assistant Manager to support contract compliance for building maintenance services and manage relationships with Independent Contractors. The role involves reviewing client contracts and verifying that work meets expectations.

Hours are Monday - Friday 6pm - 10pm. Compensation is $23 per hour plus a car allowance, with a full benefits package.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 3 years of prior management experience in multi-unit or multi-location settings.
• Experience in building, facilities, janitorial or similar industry is a plus.
• Strong planning and organizational skills with excellent communication.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain productive relationships with Independent Contractors and in-house labor, aligning on client priorities.
• Review scope of work and ensure quality assurance per account to retain existing business and gain new business.
• Communicate with Facility Services Manager daily for issues needing attention, including nightly recap via email or phone.
• Recommend IC work assignments, ensure adherence to client standards and company guidelines, and discharge if service levels are not met.
• Manage inspections, customer complaints, requests, new client starts, or VIP attention needs.
• Implement City Wide's policies (New-Start, Customer Complaint, Four Star) and other procedures.
• Ensure compliance with client policies, approved cleaning tools and equipment usage.
• Perform other duties as necessary.
