Job summary

Lippert Components is hiring an Assembly Laborer in Nampa, Idaho. The role involves assembling components according to product specifications, using hand tools, and maintaining a clean, safe work area. The position is full-time, Monday through Friday, 3:00pm–11:30pm, with potential overtime as needed.

Qualified candidates will have the ability to read procedures, use hand tools, and work well in a team. Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Study assembly instructions and parts lists to gather components.
• Assemble components and subassemblies per specifications.
• Check connections for proper fit and secure with fasteners.
• Resolve minor assembly issues by adjusting as needed and informing supervisor.
• Maintain safe, clean work environment and follow safety rules.
• Perform duties as assigned by supervision and management.
