This full-time role requires basic tooling skills and the ability to read procedures. The position offers daily tasks in a busy manufacturing environment, with overtime as needed and opportunities for growth, mentoring, and tuition reimbursement as listed in the company

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• Up to 2 years of experience in a manufacturing environment is preferred.
• Ability to identify product quality and productivity standards.
• Ability to use hand tools safely and effectively.
• Ability to read and follow documented procedures and standards.
• Ability to perform multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Willing and available to work overtime as needed.
• Clear communication skills, both oral and written.
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Study assembly instructions, blueprints, and parts lists to prepare work.
• Position parts and subassemblies using templates and measurements.
• Assemble components and verify connections for correct fit.
• Resolve assembly issues by adjusting dimensions per specs and notify supervision.
• Maintain equipment by performing preventive maintenance.
• Manage supplies and inventory; anticipate needs and place orders.
• Communicate with supervisor about potential issues daily.
• Maintain a safe, clean working environment and follow safety rules.
• Support team to deliver quality results on time.
