Lippert is seeking an Assembly Laborer in Indiana to join our manufacturing team. This full-time, on-site role involves assembling components according to specifications, reading blueprints, and using hand tools.

You will work closely with a supervisor, ensuring quality and on-time production while maintaining safety standards. The ideal candidate has a high school diploma or GED, up to 2 years in manufacturing, and is bilingual in English/Spanish.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• Up to 2 years of experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Able to identify that product meets quality and productivity standards.
• Ability to use hand tools.
• Ability to focus on details to guarantee production of high quality products.
• Ability to read and follow documented procedures and standards.
• Ability to perform multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment to assure delivery requirements.
• Willing and available to work overtime to reach goals.
• Clear communication (oral and written) skills.
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) plus.

Responsibilities

• Prepare work by studying assembly instructions, blueprints, and parts lists.
• Position parts and subassemblies by reading measurements and templates.
• Assemble components and fasten parts and subassemblies.
• Resolve assembly problems by adjusting dimensions to meet specs.
• Keep equipment operational by performing preventive maintenance.
• Maintain supplies by checking stock and placing orders for needed items.
• Communicate with supervisor about potential issues.
• Ensure a safe, clean, and compliant working environment.
