Responsibilities

• Read, follow Operator Instruction Sheet to determine part numbers, inspection procedures, packing requirements, and any special instruction.
• Retrieves, inspects, counts, weighs, packs, and labels parts according to written or oral instructions.
• Operates molding machines and air activated tools to assemble or produce product; reports machine malfunctions and quality variances.
• Compares, inspects, and monitors production quality against approved samples; accepts or rejects according to standards.
• Performs routine cleaning and clerical tasks; maintains workstation per 5S requirements.
