Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• Ability to read and follow Operator Instruction Sheets.
• Basic math and measurement skills for weighing, counting and packing.

Responsibilities

• Read and follow instructions to determine parts, packing requirements, and special instructions.
• Retrieve, inspect, count, weigh, pack, and label parts per written/oral instructions.
• Use basic hand tools to trim, cut, and prepare parts for operations per safety procedures.
• Operate molding machines or air tools to assemble, decorate, or produce product; report machine issues or quality variances.
• Inspect production quality against samples and document conformity or deviations.
• Perform simple clerical tasks recording production data and summaries.
• Assist with setup, color changes, and mold changes; support housekeeping and 5S requirements.
• Interact with the production monitoring system and support other operators as needed.
