Job summary

ExpertCare is seeking reliable Direct Care Workers to provide 1:1 support to mental health recipients in Southeast Michigan. You will work in clients' homes, encouraging independence and skill-building while following care plans.

Full- and part-time positions are available with a flexible schedule and weekly pay. A background check is required, and applicants should have dependable transportation and a caring, patient nature.

Qualifications

• Must be compassionate, patient and dependable.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills required.
• Ability to work independently and follow care plans.
• Reliable transportation to and from assignments; able to pass background checks.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 in-home support to recipients in Southeast Michigan.
• Encourage independence and assist with skill-building activities.
• Accompany recipients to community activities to support personal goals.
