Job summary

ExpertCare is seeking reliable Direct Care Workers to provide 1:1 support in clients' homes across Southeast Michigan. You will assist with skill-building activities, help clients grow goals, and occasionally accompany them into the community to foster independence.

Full and part-time positions are available; applicants must be compassionate, dependable, and able to pass background checks. Flexible scheduling and weekly pay are offered.

Qualifications

• Ability to follow care plans and work independently.
• Must have reliable transportation and be 18+.
