Job summary

Harper College seeks an AED support coordinator to provide evening services for adult education and to guide students through recruitment, orientation, enrollment, registration, assessment and technology support.

You will collaborate with departments and community agencies to help students overcome barriers, maintain accurate records, administer assessments, and coordinate with instructors across instructional sites.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in education, psychology, social work, or related field required.
• Minimum two years of experience in adult education, student services, advising, counseling, or related field.

Responsibilities

• Provide continuity of services to AED students during evening hours.
• Provide academic guidance through recruitment, orientation, enrollment, registration, assessment and technology support.
• Support student data collection and communication with students and instructors.
