Job summary

Huntington National Bank in the corporate office is seeking a Treasury Management Services Specialist 3 to support day-to-day ACH processing in the ACH Department. The role involves processing inbound and outbound files, meeting Federal Reserve deadlines, and ensuring accuracy and customer service excellence.

You will collaborate with internal teams, apply NACHA rules, perform quality reviews, and maintain compliance with bank policies.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• 3 or more years of customer service experience.
• Experience with ACH and/or NACHA.

Responsibilities

• Assist with processing inbound and outbound files meeting all established Federal Reserve deadlines.
• Cross-train to perform all department functions to meet SLAs.
• Knowledge of ACH processing and NACHA rules; perform research.
• Quality review on completed work.
• Communicate with internal colleagues and external customers via email or phone.
• Provide excellent customer service.
• Follow bank policies and regulatory requirements.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
