Job summary

Jobtailor in the United States seeks an experienced ACH Specialist to assist with processing inbound and outbound ACH files, ensure compliance with NACHA rules, and meet Federal Reserve deadlines.

You will handle customer inquiries, perform quality reviews, and collaborate across departments to resolve items while maintaining SLAs and data accuracy.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• 3+ years of customer service experience.
• Experience with ACH and/or NACHA.
• Knowledge of ACH processing and NACHA rules.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team on multiple tasks.
• Ability to meet fast-paced processing deadlines.
• Excellent organization and prioritization skills.
• Experience collaborating with other departments to resolve items.
• Detail oriented with strong written and verbal communication.
• Experience with MS Office Suite products (Excel, Word, Access), PEP+, TMIS, Passport, and Monarch preferred.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States full-time; no immigration sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Assist with processing inbound and outbound ACH files while meeting Federal Reserve deadlines.
• Meet service level agreements for fraud, release date funding, resets, risk, rejects, customer calls, research, GL entries, and ACH setup and maintenance in PEP+.
• Perform all department functions while meeting service level agreements and productivity and accuracy standards.
• Research ACH issues using NACHA rules and identify appropriate solutions.
• Perform quality reviews on completed work.
• Identify and fill production gaps with minimal supervision.
• Increase productivity as needed to meet processing deadlines.
• Communicate with internal colleagues and external customers by email, phone, and written correspondence.
• Resolve ACH research issues and provide excellent customer service.
• Adhere to bank policies and procedures and comply with regulatory requirements.
• Follow effective controls and processes to measure, monitor, and control risks.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
