Job summary

Huntington Bank is seeking a Treasury Management Services Specialist 3 in the ACH Department at our Columbus, OH area corporate office. The role supports day-to-day ACH processing and ensures timely handling of files within Federal Reserve deadlines.

You will work 3pm-11pm Central or 4-12 EST, interact with internal teams and customers, and contribute to accuracy, SLA adherence, and compliance with NACHA and banking policies.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of customer service experience.
• Experience with ACH and NACHA.
• High School diploma or GED required.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team on multiple tasks.

Responsibilities

• Process inbound and outbound ACH files meeting Federal Reserve deadlines.
• Meet SLAs for fraud, funding dates, resets, risk, and research in the PEP+ system.
• Cross-train to support all department functions with accuracy.
• Understand NACHA rules and perform ACH research and resolution.
• Provide excellent customer service via phone and email.
• Adhere to bank policies, procedures and regulatory requirements.
