Job summary

The University of Georgia's Accessibility and Testing department is seeking an Accommodated Testing Assistant in Athens. This role helps close the Accommodated Testing Office each evening, prepare exams, coordinate schedules with students, and plan ahead for test days.

You will work closely with students, faculty, and staff while delivering high-quality customer service, and you will collaborate with campus partners to meet each student’s accommodation needs.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Experience in a higher education setting is highly desirable.
• Experience with database systems, scheduling software, and proctoring procedures is beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Close the Accommodated Testing Office each evening and assist with preparing exams.
• Coordinate schedules with students and plan ahead for future test days.
• Work closely with students, faculty, and staff while maintaining a high level of customer service.
• Build collaborative relationships across campus to meet student’s accommodation needs.
