Job summary

The University of North Carolina at Greensboro seeks a Testing Accommodations Proctor Graduate Assistant to support equitable assessment access. You will coordinate and proctor accommodated exams, manage scheduling, and handle records in TracCloud, communicating with students, faculty, and campus partners.

Under supervision of the UPL Coordinator, you’ll work in the Proctoring Lab, with a 20-hour weekly commitment, August through December and January through May, some evenings/weekends required.

Qualifications

• Must be enrolled full-time in a graduate program.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to maintain accurate records and confidentiality.
• Familiarity with ADA/accessibility concepts is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Schedule and manage accommodated testing in UPL and TracCloud.
• Enter and update student appointments and course lists.
• Manage accommodated testing requests from start to finish.
• Prepare daily rosters and reconcile exams, attendance, and exceptions.
• Maintain organized testing files per retention and confidentiality standards.
• Communicate with faculty about materials and testing rules.
• Provide clear testing procedures to students and identify issues.
• Escalate concerns to supervisor as needed.
